C. montana Tetrarose

This tetraploid variety from Holland has larger than usual flowers and good bronze-green foliage. The masses of rose-pink 3.5" (9-10cm) flowers in May and June are produced on a more compact 20' (6m) plant (all montana's will have severe frost damage when minimum temperatures fall below 0 to -10F (-12¡ to -18¡C).
